This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed aggrieved by the judgment and order dated 28.01.1998 passed by VIIth Additional Sessions Judge, Bareilly in Criminal Revisions No. 180 of 1997 and 196 of 1997 confirming the order dated 15.03.1997 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bareilly rejecting application of revisionists for release of vehicle in question.
3. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
