1. Heard Mr. J.P. Singh, learned counsel for petitioner and Ms. Suman Jaiswal, learned counsel for respondent-2.
2. Grievance of petitioner is that he has made a representation dated 3.10.2018 against an order dated 23.8.2018 passed by Prescribed Authority, Custodian, Enemy Property, Moradabad under section 18 of the Enemy Property Act, 1968 (hereinafter referred to as 'Act 1968'), as amended from time to time, but no decision has been taken by respondent-2 thereon till date.
3. Ms. Suman Jaiswal, learned counsel for respondent-2, submits that a decision shall be taken on the representation of the petitioner, expeditiously.
4. Considering above, writ petition is disposed of with a direction that respondent no.2 shall decide above representation of petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
