Heard learned counsels for the parties.
Present writ petition is filed by the petitioner with the prayer to direct the respondent no. 1 i.e. Commissioner, Faizabad Division, Faizabad to decide the pending Revision No. C201704001346 under section 219 of U.P. Z.A. & L.R. Act"Akeel Ahmad Versus Kaleem & Others" since 01-11-2017 before him expeditiously.
Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, Commissioner, Faizabad Division, Faizabad is directed to consider and decide the pending Revision No. C201704001346 under section 219 of U.P. Z.A. & L.R. Act"Akeel Ahmad Versus Kaleem & Others" in accordance with law, after hearing the parties concerned, within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before him.
With the aforesaid, present writ petition is disposed of.
