JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Sri Rakesh Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the opposite party Nos.1, 2 & 3.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has submitted that the opposite party No.3 may be directed to submit the Medical Examination Report (Swasth Parikshan Akhya) which could not be submitted till date and the opposite party No.2 be directed for making payment of salary for the period of three month illness which was withheld by the department for no cogent reason to that effect.
Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel may verify the aforesaid submission of the petitioner by seeking instructions.
Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel prays for and is granted ten days' time to seek complete instructions in the matter.
List this case on 10.09.2018 as fresh.
