Petitioner appears to have represented before the State Government in terms of Sub-Section (3) of Section 5-A of the U.P. Industrial Area Development (Amendment) Act, 2017 for being included within the cadre of centralize service created for the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority. Grievance is that though such application has been moved in terms of the statutory provision, but the authority concerned has not yet examined the issue.
Learned Standing Counsel as well as Sri Ramendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 & 3 states that petitioner's grievance would be examined by the competent authority, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no. 1 to accord consideration to the petitioner's claim, noticed above, in terms of the statutory scheme, by means of a reasoned order to be passed, within a period of four months, from the date of presentation of a copy of this order.
The concerned Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of computerized copy of this order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall act accordingly without waiting for submission of the certified copy of this order.
