JUDGMENT / ORDER

When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, an affidavit has been filed on behalf of the second respondent.
2. In the affidavit filed by the second respondent, it is stated that a Compromise Agreement dated 13.02.2017 has been entered into between her, and the petitioner; as per the terms of the Compromise Agreement, the petitioner agreed to pay Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) as full/final/lump sum/complete Monetary settlement including alimony, maintenance to her and that the terms and conditions of the Compromise agreement has also been complied with. It is also stated in the affidavit that the she is not willing to pursue the complaint any further.
3. Both the parties are present. Their identities have been verified and they accepted the contents in the affidavit as true and genuine.
4. Recording the affidavit filed as stated supra, the proceedings in Crime No.34 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent, is quashed, and the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
