Mr.P.Venugopal, learned Counsel for the appellant says before us that such concession of law was not correct.
Under the circumstances, we are of the view that the appellant should approach with the contentions raised before us before the learned single Judge and have re-hearing of the matter by filing appropriate application.
Accordingly, this Writ Appeal is dismissed. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this appeal shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
