Alleging the violation of the orders of this Court made in W.P.No.28679 of 2016 dated 02.09.2016, the present contempt petition is laid.

When the matter is called, the learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.O.R.Mahesvaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent by producing the proceedings of the respondent would submit that the orders of this Court has been complied with. He would further state that necessary action has been taken against the concerned Assistant Elementary Educational Officer.
3. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Sub-Application is also closed.
