This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to change the pathway of Electric Live Line which is running above the petitioner's house in Door No.3/959(A), situated in Survey No.371/1, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 22.05.2017 within time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
2. Heard, Mr.C.Ganesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.E.P.Venkateshwar, for Mr.S.M.S.Johny Basha, learned Standing Counsel for T.N.E.B., appearing for the respondents.
3. Mr.E.P.Venkateshwar, for Mr.S.M.S.Johny Basha, learned Standing Counsel for T.N.E.B., takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

Though the Writ petition is for issuing a Writ of Mandamus to give a positive direction to the respondents, the learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 22.05.2017 and take action and pass appropriate orders on merits within the time stipulated by this Court.
5. Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer that is now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner before this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case, this Court is inclined to issue the following direction:-
?The respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 22.05.2017 and take action if necessary or pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.?
6. Accordingly, the Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
