The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:
“i. To issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ in the like nature Direction or Order commanding the 1st respondent to conduct enquiry into Exhibit P-7 within a time frame to be fixed and stay the confirmation of sale till the final disposal of Exhibit P-7;
ii) Hold that the petitioner is entitled to possess and cultivate the property covered by Exhibit P-1 until lawfully dispossessed.”
2. Pursuant to the 'urgent notice on admission' ordered by this Court, the 6th respondent has entered appearance. There is representation for the respondent Bank as well. The learned counsel for the Bank points out that the grievance of the petitioner has already been highlighted by way of Ext.P7 statutory revision pending consideration before the 1st respondent. It is also stated that hearing is already over, but orders are still to be pronounced.
3. After hearing both the sides including the learned Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to pass final orders on Ext.P7, in accordance with WP(c). No. 29411 of 2014 2 law, after hearing all the parties concerned, if such exercise is still to be completed. The final order shall be passed as above, at the earliest, at any rate within 'two months' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
'Status quo' shall be maintained till such time.
The petitioner shall produce a copy of the judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the 1st respondent for further steps.
