JUDGMENT / ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned tender notice in Na.Ka.No.8606/2016/E2 dated 10.08.2016 issued by the respondent-Municipality and to quash the same insofar conditions viz., 1.permitting submission of tender in person in writing 2.stipulating bank guarantee to the tune of 1/3 of the value of the tender 3.stipulating turn-over 1/3 of the value of the tender as illegal, fraudulent and against the rules of transparency.
2. When the matter was taken up, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the present writ petition has become infructuous since the impugned tender notice has already been dropped with the resolution to go for fresh tender, with all reasonable conditions.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
