ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“to issue an appropriate order or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring G.O.Ms.No.11, Agriculture and Co- Operation (Mktg.I) Department, dated 18.08.2014 issued by respondent No.1 and consequential orders issued by respondent No.2 vide proc.No.5-1 (G) 333/KMM/2014, dated 18.08.2014, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to set aside the said proceedings.”
On the petitioner’s own showing, G.O.Ms.No.11, Agriculture and Co-Operation (Mkt.I) Department, dated 18.08.2014, was issued by respondent No.1 following and in pursuance of Telangana Ordinance No.1 of 2014, dated 16.08.2014. The petitioner has not challenged the said Ordinance. Unless the petitioner challenges the said Ordinance, he cannot maintain this Writ Petition only to question the consequential Government Order, viz., G.O.Ms.No.11, Agriculture and Co-Operation (Mkt.I) Department, dated 18.08.2014.
In this view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition, if they are so advised, questioning the above- mentioned Ordinance.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.33116 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief stands dismissed as infructuous.
