JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner apprehends arrest by the Kadirur Police. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that information was received that the petitioner is engaged in money lending business with obtaining licence. The Kadirur Police could not take action in the matter since the place of residence/business of the petitioner is within the Union Territory of Pondicherry (in Mahe). Hence no case is registered against the petitioner. Nor is he required for any purpose.
3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner also.
4. In the light of that, the petitioner cannot have any Bail Appl.No. 4638 of 2014 () 2 apprehension of arrest now.
The application is closed without prejudice to the petitioner moving again for the same relief in case of genuine apprehension of arrest in future.
