JUDGMENT / ORDER

This contempt case has been filed alleging violation of the directions issued in the judgment dated 12.9.2013 in W.P.(C) No.21030/2011. The second respondent has produced Ext.R2(a) to indicate that all the windows on the side of the property of the petitioner had been closed permanently. Under these circumstances I do not think that anything survives in this contempt case. It is accordingly closed.
