JUDGMENT / ORDER

By consent of both sides, this writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a Teacher and he was deputed to audit work along with other Teachers. However, the period of audit work served by the petitioner has been wrongly entered as medical leave. Therefore, to remove the same the petitioner has sent representation to the respondents. However, an order was passed by the 2nd respondent rejecting the request made by the petitioner. Against which, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the 1st respondent. However, the same is pending and hence, the petitioner is before this Court to dispose of the same.
4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer made, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the appeal and dispose the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
