JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is concerned with the settlement of timings with respect to a permit granted and issued in the route Manjeri-Kanrinkathoni. The grant of settlement of timings is not disputed. On the settlement being effected as per Ext.P1, the petitioner was before the Tribunal challenging the same. Ext.P2 considered the same and directed revision to be effected, but, however, maintaining status quo. A review was filed on Ext.P2 and in Ext.P3, the direction to maintain status quo was set aside. This was by reason of the petitioner seeking before the Tribunal, that he would approach the authority for a temporary permit on a clash free timings. The petitioner is said to have obtained the temporary permit as per Ext.P4 on a clash free timings indicated in Ext.P5. The timing conference is now said to be scheduled on 28.10.2014. The petitioner's contention is only that the clash free timings he has already obtained by Ext.P5 may also be considered for finalisation. The Secretary shall definitely consider the clash WPC.27976/2014 : 2 : free timings settled as per Ext.P5, for finalisation, if there is no objection otherwise.
Writ petition is disposed of.
