Petitioner apprehends arrest in Crime No.198 of 2014 of the Chingavanam Police Station.
2. I have heard the learned Public Prosecutor and the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Petitioner along with another had filed B.A.No.1594 of 2014 which this Court dismissed on merit.
4. Learned counsel submits that the final report showing that the petitioner is absconding is filed.
5. I am not inclined to think there is a change of circumstance, even if final report is filed as even according to the learned counsel, absconding final report is filed. Petitioner can surrender before the Court concerned and seek regular bail if the final report is filed.
Application is disposed of as above.
