JUDGMENT / ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnors / respondents and punish the respondents for willful deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.21527 of 2015, dated 28.01.2016.
2. Heard Mr.A.Rahul, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.D.Sivaraman, learned counsel for the first and second respondents, Mr.A.P.Muthupandian, learned counsel for the third respondent and perused the records.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that except interest on commutation, the other benefits have been paid to the petitioner.
4. In the light of the above submission, this contempt petition is closed with a direction to the respondents to pay the interest amount on commuted value of pension, if any, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In case of non-compliance, this petitioner can revive the contempt petition. No costs. .
