JUDGMENT / ORDER

The limited relief sought for by the petitioner is a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4, expeditiously. Adv.Sri.M.Gopikrishnan Nambiar appears for respondents 1 and 2.
2. In view of the limited relief sought, I am satisfied that this writ petition can be disposed of directing Ext.P4 to be considered.
This writ petition is therefore disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider Ext.P4 application submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of three months of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
