JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.Era. Premnath, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 02.02.2017 seeking patta in his name with respect to properties at Nedumaran Village, Cheyyur Taluk, Kancheepuram District bearing Survey Nos.190/1, 190/2, 191/6B, 192/1, 192/4 and 358/2 admeasuring to extents of 24 cents, 32 cents, 9 cents, 32 cents, 10 cents and 56 cents respectively.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 02.02.2017 for issuance of patta, the respondent has not passed any order so far.
4.Mr.Era. Premnath, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.02.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
