The petitioner has filed I.A. No. 6502/2012 raising a claim in respect of the property attached in I.A. No. 5000/2012. The petitioner laments that the said application has not been considered by the Court below as yet.

2. I direct the Court of the Subordinate Judge - I, Ernakulam to dispose of I.A. No. 6502/2012 in I.A. No. 5000/2012 in O.S. No. 765/2012 at the earliest. Every endeavour shall be made to pass final orders thereon within a period of six weeks from the date of production of this judgment.

The Original Petition is disposed of.
