The claim in appeal as well as the amount of compensation are small and therefore this court is not inclined to entertain the present appeal on the ground of smallness of claim. Even otherwise the respondents could not be served. First Appeal stands disposed of accordingly. However, this may not be treated as a precedent. No order as to costs.
