JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) Rule returnable on 21st March, 2012. There shall be stay of the impugned award on a condition that the applicant Insurance Company shall deposit entire amount awarded by the Claims Tribunal under the impugned award along with proportionate costs and interest before the returnable date.
