The present application is filed for restoration of First Appeal which came to be dismissed for default on 16.01.2012.
In view of the averments made in the application, the prayer made in terms of paragraph No.4(A), (B) and (C) is granted. The main matter being First Appeal No.900 of 1995 is restored to file on condition to take appropriate action within three days. The application stands disposed of.
