1. By this application, the applicants seek restoration of Second Appeal Stamp No.194/2011 which came to be dismissed for want of prosecution on account of non-removal of office objections as stipulated under order dated 18th November, 2011.
2. Heard Mr. Mihir Bhatt, learned Assistant Government Pleader on behalf of the applicants.
3. Having regard to the averments made in the application, sufficient cause has been made out for not removing the objections within the time limit stipulated under the order dated 18th November, 2011. In the circumstances, the application is allowed. Second Appeal Stamp No.194/2011 is hereby restored to file. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
4. Office objections to be removed on or before 14th March, 2012.
