1) Heard Mr.R.V.Acharya, learned advocate for the applicants.
2) By this application, the applicants seek restoration of Second Appeal No.226 of 2011 and Civil Application No.11818 of 2011 which came to be dismissed for want of prosecution on account of non-removal of office objections as stipulated vide order dated 18.11.2011.
3) Having regard to the averments made in the application, this Court is of the view that sufficient cause has been made out for non-removal of office objections within the stipulated time limit. In the circumstances, the application is allowed. Second Appeal No.226 of 2011 as well as Civil Application No.11818 of 2011 are hereby restored to file. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
