JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard.
In view of the averments made in the application, Misc. Civil Application is allowed in terms of para 4. The rate of interest in para 4 of the judgement dated 05.03.2012 passed in First Appeal No. 1410 of 2002 shall read as 9% instead of 3%. The judgement dated 05.03.2012 is modified accordingly. Rest of the order shall remain the same.
