JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter was taken up for final hearing on perusal of R & P, it is noticed that the Rojkam is incomplete and exhibit numbers are not given to some of the witnesses examined by the prosecution. The Rojkam also indicates that it is not maintained properly. Therefore, R & P be sent back to the trial Court with a direction to complete the same and return to this Court on or before 2.2.2012 with an explanation of the officer concerned for lapse in maintaining the record.
