The present Civil Revision Application is of the year 2011 and still pending for admission-hearing. It appears from the proceedings that the matter has been adjourned on number of occasions at the instance of the leaned advocates appearing on behalf of the applicant and/or non-availability of learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant. Today also, it is reported that learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant has filed Leave note. In the interest of justice, as a last chance, S.O. to 04/05/2012. Interim relief granted earlier to continue till then. It is observed that if on that day, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant is not available on any ground, the matter shall be proceeded further ex-parte and interim relief shall not be extended.
