1. Present application has been preferred by the applicants for the following main reliefs in para 3 :-
"(a). Your Lordships may be pleased to admit and allow this application.
(b) To issue the appropriate direction for compliance of the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 28.09.2010 passed in Special Civil Application No.9003 of 2010 and allied matters and to fulfill the requirement of the stay order granted by the learned Additional Senior Civil Judge in Special Darkhast No.1 of 2007 and in Special Civil Application No. 2963 of 2012 and pursuant to the order passed by this Court Hon'ble Court in Special Civil Application No. 5573 of 2011 dated 21.02.2012."
2. At the outset, it is required to be noted that as such the order passed by this Court in Special Civil Application No. 2963 of 2012 as well as Special Civil Application No. 5573 of 2011 are very clear and the applicants were directed to conclude the auction proceedings of the properties of the society and to release the amount so that the same can be paid to the workers and despite the same, the applicants have sought the direction from this Court to conclude the aforesaid order. It is not appreciated for what purpose the present application has been made.
3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader is also not in a position to point out the purpose for which the present application has been filed. Under the circumstances, present application is dismissed.
