(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) Rule returnable on 20th March 2012. There shall be stay of execution of the impugned award of the Claims Tribunal on condition that the Insurance Company shall deposit the entire awarded amount with proportionate costs and interest with the Tribunal before the returnable date.
