(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE C L SONI) Pursuant to order dated 21.02.2012, as stated by learned advocate for the applicant, the entire amount awarded by the claims tribunal with cost and interest have been deposited. Learned advocate, Mr. Sejpal appears on behalf of the claimant. In view of this position, the tribunal is now directed to disburse the amount as per its own award dated 17.09.2011. We may further order that the amount ordered to be invested in F.D.R. shall continue to be renewed from time to time till first appeal is finally heard. This application is accordingly disposed of.
