ADMIT.
Let the notice of admission of the appeal be issued returnable on February 13, 2012.
CIVIL APPLICATION NO.27 OF 2012:
Rule returnable on February 13, 2012. There will be unconditional stay of the execution of the award impugned for a period of fortnight. If within the aforesaid period, the appellant deposits the entire sum with interest in the Tribunal below, stay will continue till disposal of the application. If the amount is so deposited, the Tribunal below will invest the amount in a short term deposit in any nationalised bank and will go on renewing the same till further orders from this Court. In default of deposit of the amount within the period mentioned above, the interim stay will stand vacated after the expiry of the fortnight from today.
