When the matter came up for hearing on 11.04.2017, there was no representation for the petitioners. Again, when the matter was taken up for hearing on 23.06.2017, by printing the name of the petitioners in the cause list, the petitioners have not chosen to appear before this Court either in person or through their counsel. It is made clear that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the case. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
