It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the 5th respondent that the petitioner has filed Civil Suits in O.S.No.8 of 2017 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Ambur, Vellore District for the very same relief sought for in the Writ Petition and C.S.No.373 of 2017 on the file of this Court is also pending. The learned counsel also produced a copy of the plaint in O.S.No.8 of 2017.
2.Thereafter, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
