Learned advocate for the petitioners has made reference of order dated 12.10.2012 wherein it is mentioned that:-
Arguments are concluded.
The matter is adjourned to 23rd October, 2012 to enable learned Advocate Mr. Vyas to seek instructions.
In view the said order dated 12.10.2012, wherein the Court has recorded that the arguments are concluded, office may take necessary steps to list the matter before appropriate Court and if need be, after requesting for appropriate order from the Hon'ble the Chief Justice, matter may be placed before the Court as per the order by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice.
