This Criminal Misc. Application is allowed to the extent that typographical error crept in the order dated 10.4.2012 in Special Criminal Application No. 1028 of 2012 is ordered to be corrected and the last word in first paragraph "summons trial" is now to be read as "summary trial".
Application is allowed accordingly.
