At the same time endorsement made by registry in the column of remarks reveal that the proceedings as above are preferred against interlocutory order. The order under challenge is interlocutory or final is in domain of Court taking up such matter and on what basis the registry has placed such remarks exercising powers of judicial in nature while processing the petition on administrative side.

The explanation be rendered to Registrar (Judicial) accordingly.
