This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondent concerned to transfer the investigation of the case registered as Case Crime No. 161 of 2021 under Sections 376, 342, 354 (Ga), 506 354 IPC, P.S. Pilua, District Etah from Police Station Pilua District Etah to the Police of any other District or any independent agency.
Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. 160 of 2021 dated 6.12.2021 has been filed in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
