The petitioners have approached this Court with the following prayers :
“i. Issue a writ of certiorari of any other appropriate writ,direction or order calling for the records leading to Ext. P5 order and quash condition Nos. (v) (vi) and (vii) contained therein.
ii. Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, direction or order calling for the records leading to Ext. P4 and quash the same.
iii. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the respondents 1 and 2 to approve the appointment of the 3rd respondent made as per Ext. P3 order forthwith and disburse to her arrears of salary.
2. During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that challenge raised against Ext. P5 Government Order, particularly clauses v, vi and vii, has already been considered by this Court and that the position has been answered against the petitioner.

In the said circumstances, the writ petition dismissed as devoid of any merit.
