(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) The appellant is aggrieved by the order dated 16.8.2011 of learned single Judge of this Court in SCA No.7289 of 2011, which petition of the appellant is dismissed on twin grounds of the petitioner having not availed the alternative remedy and having approached the Court after delay of nearly three years. As those grounds for rejecting the petition of the appellant could not be demolished by any valid argument, the appeal is summarily dismissed alongwith the civil application.
