(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE A.L.DAVE) This application is filed by applicant with a prayer to condone the delay of 27 days caused in preferring Letters Patent Appeal.
2. We have heard learned advocates appearing on behalf of respective parties. Considering their submissions as well as considering averments made in this application supported with affidavit, delay of 27 days in preferring Letters Patent Appeal is hereby condoned in the interest of justice as applicant has shown sufficient cause to the satisfaction of this Court.
3. Accordingly, present Civil Application is disposed of. Rule is made absolute to that extent.
