1. By an order dated 1st August 2012, this Court adjourned the matter after recording the fact that the matter is called out thrice, learned advocate Ms.Subhadra Patel appearing for the applicant is not present. The Court further recorded that it appears that on 23.1.2012, this matter was dismissed for non-prosecution, however, the same was restored by order dated 24.2.2012. With aforesaid observations the Court allowed last chance to the petitioner.
2. Thereafter, on various occasions, i.e. on 3.11.2012, 7.12.2012, 14.12.2012 and 24.12.2012, learned advocate for the petitioner did not appear. No more chance can be given to the petitioner in the above facts and circumstances. The matter is, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution and rule is discharged.
