1. Mr.Utkarsh B. Jani, learned advocate for the petitioner has filed further affidavit along with documents in compliance of the earlier order dated 02.03.2012 passed in this matter.
2. Mr.Y.V.Vaghela, learned Central Government Counsel for the respondent-Registrar of Companies states that the details therein requires to be verified. The Registrar of Companies is, therefore, directed to verify the details especially the documents which are annexed with the affidavit filed by the applicant dated 17.03.2012 and file its response to the same, including the manner and method in which such verification is undertaken by the Registrar of Companies.
