JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr.Keyur Gandhi, learned advocate for Nanavati Associates, on behalf of the petitioner. It is submitted by him that in spite of the fact that the Tribunal has passed two orders dated 14.05.2012 and 18.07.2012, directing respondent No.1 not to take any coercive measures for implementation of the impugned orders and though the said orders have been communicated to respondent No.1 and an amount of Rs.60,00,000/- has been deposited by respondent No.2 with respondent No.1, the said respondent has issued the impugned Show Cause Notices to the Manager of the petitioner Bank, asking him to show cause why he should not be arrested or imprisoned.
Issue Notice returnable on 08.08.2012.
The implementation, execution and operation of the impugned order dated 16.07.2012, and the impugned Show Cause Notices dated 17.07.2012 and 19.07.2012, issued by respondent No.1, shall remain stayed till then.
In addition to the normal mode of service, Direct Service is also permitted.
