1. On 22.03.2012, the matter was argued at length by learned counsel Mr. Dave and the following order was passed :
"With a view to enable Mr. Dave, ld. Advocate to produce the judgment showing that even if there is a voidable contract, the insurance Company is liable to make compensation, S.O. to 29.03.2012." (sic)
2. Today, when the matter was called out, Mr. Dave learned counsel requested for time on the ground that the matter shall now be argued by a learned Senior counsel. The practice adopted by learned counsel Mr. Dave of bringing a Senior counsel to argue the matter at a time when the matter has been substantially argued on the earlier occasion is condemned and deprecated. S.O. to 12.04.2012.
