In the meantime, ad-interim relief in terms of para 6 (A) is granted on condition that the applicant shall deposit the entire amount awarded by the Tribunal alongwith proportionate interests and costs before the returnable date. Order as to investment & disbursement shall be passed on the next date of hearing.
