On 01.05.2012, this Court has passed the following order:
Today this group was listed for passing appropriate orders as written submissions have been exchanged and placed on record. However Mr. Nirzar Desai for original petitioner/ respondent in civil application has requested to defer the order for two days as, it has been noticed that some aspects on facts are yet to be brought to the notice of the Court and he proposes to file civil application with the facts of incorrect statements made by the civil applicant along with documentary evidence. Therefore, the entire group is now once again requested to be listed for hearing so far as the new civil application that may be filed. In view of this, at present the group is simply adjourned to 7/5/2012 at the request of Shri Nirzar Desai.
Thereafter Civil Application No.5778 of 2012 is filed on 04.05.2012, in which the reply is filed. Earlier the matter was slated for dictation, but due to filing of Civil Application, this Court is of the view that now let the matter be listed for order on 12.06.2012.
