The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above Civil Revision Petition and he has also made an endorsement to the effect that:
"Since all the plaintiffs in O.S.No.183 of 2004, which is directed to be transferred to the Fast Track Court No.II, Coimbatore, to try along with O.S.No.213 of 2004, died, the present Civil Revision Petition is not pressed by the petitioners. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed."
2. Recording the above said facts and endorsement so made, the Civil Revision Petition as not pressed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
