1.0 This court on 17.02.2012 passed the following order:

Counsel for the appellant to take appropriate action for unserved respondent before next date failing which the appeal may be dismissed qua the unserved respondents. S.O. to 22.03.2012."

2.0 In spite of the aforesaid order, learned advocate for the appellant has not taken any action. Hence, the appeal stands dismissed for default.
